All events will be held at the four-star Omni Hotel, which is located in downtown Oklahoma City next to the new Oklahoma City Convention Center, 70-acre Scissortail Park, and Paycom Center. The physical address is 100 W. Oklahoma City Boulevard.

The mid-day attorney luncheon and evening all-firm party will be held inside the Oklahoma Station Ballroom, which is located on the second floor. The cocktail reception will be held on the Scissortail Terrace and in the indoor prefunction area located just outside the doors of the Oklahoma Station Ballroom.

The nearest available public parking garage is the Convention Center Parking Garage, which is located to the east of the adjacent OKC Convention Center at 15 Mick Cornett Drive. Please note that the firm will reimburse those who choose to park in the Convention Center Parking Garage, up to $10.  To obtain reimbursement, you must submit your parking garage receipt, along with a completed 2022 Check/Expense Reimbursement Request Form, to Accounting after the event.

The Omni Hotel also offers hourly valet parking starting at $15 plus tax from arrival up to 4 hours, and $25 plus tax from 4 to 8 hours.

The attorney luncheon will be held from 11am – 2pm. The luncheon buffet will open at 11am, followed by a special program to celebrate the firm’s history and honor our colleagues. Attorneys are encouraged to bring a guest.

The dress code for both the attorney luncheon and all-firm evening party is “smart” summer casual.  Jeans, khakis or slacks are appropriate for me. While the temperature outside is expected to be in the low 90s that day, please note that large event rooms tend to run on the cooler side, so please dress accordingly.

The dinner buffet will consist of three entrees (salmon, prime rib, and chicken), salad, vegetables, and several choices of dessert.

A plated vegan meal will be available for those who request one in advance. If you require a vegan meal, we kindly ask that you RSVP no later than Friday, July 29, 2022, so that we can place this special order on your behalf.

We hope you have fun, but more importantly, we want to make sure you get home safely. The firm will provide a $30.00 Uber credit to help people get home safely at the end of the party. To use this credit, you must have an Uber account. 

Instructions: 

• Launch your Uber app and select the “Ride” tile 
• Type in your home address in the “Where to?” bar at the top.
• Select your ride.
• Click on payment method (at the bottom)
• At the very bottom there is an option to “add voucher code”

• Confirm your ride, and wait patiently at the pick up point!

While the firm does not have an open room block, you are free to make your own hotel reservation using this link. Tulsa and Springfield Employees:  Room reservations have been made for Tulsa and Springfield attorneys and staff who responded prior to the April 7 deadline.  If you need to change or confirm your reservation, contact Robin Croninger.

Check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time on Sunday morning is no later than 11am.  We have requested early check-ins for our Tulsa and Springfield colleagues, but the Omni cannot guarantee hotel rooms will be available prior to 4pm.
